Each winter, the sisters of Epsilon Kappa nominate outstanding members of the UCLA Bruin Marching Band. This nomination is an invitation to interview with members of the chapter in order for the sisters and the prospective candidate to learn more about each other. Prospective candidates may receive and accept nominations with both Epsilon Kappa and our brother chapter, the Psi chapter of Kappa Kappa Psi.
After the interview, sisters will offer bids to those prospective candidates who demonstrated admirable qualities during the marching season and during their interviews. Accepting this bid is the first step in the candidate process for joining Tau Beta Sigma!
